Our family is totally dedicated to helping residents of Ocala with their real estate needs.  I have worked in real estate in Ocala since the late 80’s, just shortly after our family moved to Ocala from Jacksonville, Fl.  With 3 teenagers in tow, we made Ocala our home.  I was the first to make real estate a career, working long hours and making a small income.  My family was not thrilled about my choice, but I persevered and things worked out over time.

Then Bob, my husband, decided to come into the business with me and we worked together.   Then later my son, Kevin Branch joined forces with us after serving in the Marine Corps and then my daughter decided to join in.  Only our son Michael has escaped so far by staying in the Marine Corps as a career, but there is still hope.

Anyway, my husband runs the operations of Re/Max Premier Realty (2 offices) and Kevin and I help sellers and buyers.  Kelly is in administration and handles a number of very difficult tasks every day, holding down Command Central (the office).  She is also our internet expert.   It’s awesome to work with your family most of the time. We speak real estate language well in our family.  I am very blessed to be close to my family on a daily basis.

We have had way too much training to list in a Bio, and a ton of experience before, during and after the real estate boom that took over Ocala like the perfect storm and left our market in a huge mess.  So now we specialize in short sales and foreclosures.  We constantly take new training for the market we now face, as the rules are ever-changing. We have closed hundreds of short sales and enjoy seeing the relief on our clients faces when we make it to closing.  It’s a big part of the satisfaction of the job.  We prefer working on short sales to working on foreclosures, as we feel we have help the clients avoid a long-term financial disaster.
